01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Akbari Game, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting an updated version with a revised date on this page.

These terms apply to all platform features: Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slots, VIP, Withdrawal, and any future services added to the platform. They also apply to any promotional offers, bonuses, or special events you participate in through the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Akbari Game, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are not acting as an agent or representative for another person in connection with your account.

Akbari Game does not verify national identity documents at registration but reserves the right to request identity verification at any point — for example, prior to processing a withdrawal or in response to suspected fraudulent activity. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the Akbari Game platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same personal details, payment method, or device — are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Akbari Game staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• One account per person — no duplicate or shared accounts.
• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Notify support immediately if your account is accessed without your knowledge.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Akbari Game are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and mobile wallets. There is no minimum deposit limit stated here — refer to the Withdrawal page or platform interface for current minimums, as these may be updated periodically.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Using a payment method registered in someone else's name is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being suspended and the deposit reversed. This rule applies regardless of whether the account holder is a family member or close contact.

Akbari Game does not charge deposit fees, though your own payment provider may apply transaction charges outside of our control.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not negotiable. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.

Akbari Game may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a routine procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account. Verification typically involves confirming the name and contact details associated with your account. Refusal to complete verification will result in the withdrawal being held pending resolution.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Akbari Game offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonus offers are subject to individual terms displayed at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply across all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only — one bonus per person per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet the wagering requirements of another bonus.

• Abusing bonus systems — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or pattern betting to extract bonus value — will result in account suspension.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Sports Betting section — covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports — are subject to the rules of the individual market at the time of placement. Bets are final once confirmed. Akbari Game does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment of placement — there is no guarantee of a specific price being held.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the rules of the specific market. Typically, void bets are returned as stake.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules — a match must reach a defined minimum number of overs for bets to stand.
• Casino and Slots games are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game. RNG-based outcomes are produced by certified random number generation systems.
• Live Casino outcomes are determined by real dealers operating under standard table game rules. Disputes about game outcomes must be raised with support within 48 hours of the session.

Akbari Game reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an obvious error price — for example, where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Akbari Game platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers, arbitrage markets, or manipulate Casino outcomes.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your name.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit errors in odds, game software, or payment systems.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of someone who has been self-excluded or whose account has been closed.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Akbari Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, where there is reasonable cause. Reasons include but are not limited to breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or prolonged inactivity.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you have an active balance at the time of closure and there are no outstanding verification requirements, the remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

• Suspended accounts may be reviewed and reinstated if the investigation concludes no breach occurred.
• Balances in accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Responsible Gaming

Akbari Game is an entertainment platform for adults. Gaming and sports betting involve real financial risk and are not suitable as a source of income or a response to financial difficulty.
